[Mythnettv] thumbnails

This is probably an artifact of MythTV's thumbnail renderer being 
confused by the videos not being in MPEG. I guess I could manually 
generate thumbnails using mplayer or something...

I'm not sure if that's worth the effort or not. What do other people think?
